Welcome to Crystal Bloom Aesthetics and Salon. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or visiting our salon, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

We provide professional beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness services, including but not limited to: facials, waxing, laser treatments, make-up, nail care, and hair extensions. Service descriptions are for general information purposes and may vary based on client needs.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be booked in advance through phone, online, or in person.
  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in shortened service time or cancellation without refund.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and approved digital payments.
  • Any ongoing promotions or offers cannot be combined unless specified.

4. Health & Safety

  • Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before the treatment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may cause harm to the client or our staff.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

5. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the salon.

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a service is completed, except in cases of proven negligence.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, social media, and marketing materials, including text, images, and videos, is our intellectual property and cannot be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
